Profile
My passion will always lie in illustration and hand lettering but I also love all things Design and Art Direction. I love a good story and finding a good way of telling it through art and design. Everyone calls me Duran but you can just call me your next Art Director, Graphic Designer or Illustrator, really its up to you.
Experience
I graduated with my bachelors degree in 2015 as a Graphic Designer with an emphasis in illustration from the Art Institute of Phoenix. Out of college I worked as a staff artist at Uhaul where I illustrated moving equipment. Then in 2017 I started at OH Partners as a Jr. Graphic Designer and was promoted to designer then changed roles into an art director. This is where I currently work, but I'm constantly doing freelance work for people and companies all around the states, I even got to design for a hospital in Guam.
Skills
Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and some knowledge in aftereffects. I know all things social media after running the Arizona Lottery Social channels for a year, and I'm currently the art director for the bigger campaigns for this client. I also do frame by frame animation here and there.
